Insomnia is a terrible affliction, lying in bed at night unable to go to sleep, head full of problems, things to do tomorrow that just keep revolving around your brain stopping you nodding off to sleep.
What can you do about it?
One of the things I often to is to creep downstairs and put my computer on, flicking around the internet for something to read, searching ebay for objects I don't need, chatting on bulletin boards or leaving messages which won't be read until the morning.
